Send Push Notifications
You can send one-off push notifications from your Mobile App tab!
Push logs allow you to see a summary of your push notifications along with the Send Rate.
Configure the app experience such as how quantities are displayed here.
You can decide if Shop The Look and Fit Videos start playing automatically for app users or if the user will need to press play to start the video! Those settings can be adjusted under the "Autoplay" section.
Shop the Look Settings
If you want all your Shop The Look posts to be accessible to shoppers via your navigation menu, you can enable that here. This Is also where you will decide on the Title for that section.
App Notification Banners
If you want to show a special message to your customers when they open the app you can do so here by enabling the Notification Banner. Once enabled, you will be able to write a message that will display as a banner across the top of your app.
App Install Banners
If you're trying to drive app downloads (who isn't!?) you'll want to enable this setting. Enabling App Install Banners means that when a shopper visits the webstore, they see a banner prompting them to download the app.
Sale Price Strikethrough and Badges
Products shown in your app will show sale price indications with a strikethrough and badges on the products, to drive a sense of urgency to purchase, when enabled. These badges appear on products in the main feed, while looking at the collections and search results, as well as the favorites tab, when enabled.
Enabling Strikethrough will show both the original price and sale price, for products that you have on sale. The sale price is highlighted and the original price is shown with a strikethrough. Only products with the same retail price and sale price across all variants get this treatment.
You can enable the SALE price to highlight your sale prices, which pairs nicely with the new strikethrough on prices.
WAITLIST is displayed when all variants for a product are sold out. This allows any new shoppers that you drive to the app to focus on what you have in stock for their first purchases.
LOW STOCK is displayed when the quantity across all the variants drops below a threshold that you can configure. This badge is based on your inventory quantity across all variants for that product. The Limit Display Quantity setting will not impact this badge.
Live Sale Settings
In this section, you will be able to adjust settings related to sold comments, live replay, and live reactions.
This is where you can decide if you want "Sold" comments to show on the screen when an app user adds items to their cart.
You have the option to automatically post past recorded lives to the app! Also, if you feature a product in a live sale and want to automatically use that segment of the live as the product's fit video, you can turn that setting on here. To learn more about Live Replay click here. To learn more about automatic product videos from past live sales, click here.
Under Live Reactions you can enable or disable the ability for shoppers to react during a live. If enabled customers will be able to add heart reactions during a live and see the reactions of other shoppers.
Facebook Analytics and Ad Tracking
If you are running app ads this is where you will input information at setup. You can see more detail about running ads here: https://learn.commentsold.com/how-to-connect-your-commentsold-app-to-facebook-ads
This is where you can connect Intercom to offer support within your app. Click HERE to learn more about setting up Intercom.
In this same section, you can enter your PayPal Braintree token. You can learn more about connecting PayPal HERE.
Look and Feel
Under this section you will have access to change the visual components of your app.
Customize Colors and Logo
In this portion of your Mobile App tab you can adjust your tint and background colors using our built in color picking tool. You can also upload a logo image to show at the top of your app by selecting "Add Logo" and choosing a file from your computer that fits the required dimensions shown.
Under "Size Filters" you have the ability to edit the list of sizes a shopper can use to filter products.
Here you can make changes to the list of links that display in the profile section of your app.
