For a mobile app, we require a commitment from you of at least $500 per month in commission. But let me be clear; this is not in addition to the commission you already pay to us. If you are on a plan where you pay 5% commission to us and you are doing at least $10,000 in sales per month, there is no additional cost for you to have an app. Likewise, if you are on a plan where you pay 3% commission to us and you are doing at least $17,000 in sales per month, there is no additional cost for you to have an app.
If you have an app and fall short of those monthly sales amounts, you would only pay the difference that your commission did not cover. For example, if you are on a plan where you pay 3% in commission and you do $14,000 in sales, your commission to us would be $420 for those sales. For the app, you would only owe an additional $80. Not bad! We also give you a grace period once your app launches to give you plenty of time to ramp up your sales before we start charging you!
