Confirming and Registering a Customer Account through your Facebook Business Page

This article will show the steps your customer will need to complete to confirm their account on your Facebook Business Page.

Any customer who wants to shop on your Facebook Business Page is required to register and confirm her account in order to do so. Previously, your customers would either receive a Facebook reply or Facebook messenger message after they first comment on your Business Page asking them to confirm their account. We have added an additional way for your customers to register and confirm their accounts, which we believe is much easier for your customers! Additionally, using this feature has the benefit of reducing the amount of auto-replies/Facebook messenger messages that you send out through CommentSold! Keep reading to find out how this works!


First, you will need to direct your customers to go to your Business Page. Once there, they will need to send a message to your page that says "register".

If your messenger is set to automatically pop up, great! It will be very easy for your customers to find your messenger! If it does not automatically pop up, just let them know that they can send a message from the About section:

When your customer sends a message that says register, she will get a response that asks her to confirm her account by clicking on the "Log In" button.

Once she clicks this button, she will see a popup that says her account is confirmed!

That's all there is to it! She does not have to enter her email, password, or anything else!
