Customers who have accepted group permissions previously are now having to re-accept these permissions. The issue is that the customer is changing their permissions. We've recently seen a trend going around encouraging people to disable third-party apps in FB for some reason and this affects CS's ability to read comments.
Have your customer verify Facebook settings, remove the CS App, and log in to your shop URL and accept permissions.
- Ask the customer to go to https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=applications
- Verify that Apps, Websites and Games is turned ON
- Ask the customer to go to https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools
Ask your customer to remove the CommentSold app.
Ask your customer to log in with Facebook at shopurl.commentsold.com and accept the permissions.
Ask your customer to comment on a group post to verify that they have the right permissions to shop.
