Reporting on Sell-Through

Sell-Through % refers to the percentage of posted items that sold.

The Sell-Through report helps to identify what products (grouped by brand, size, or collection) are delivering strong ROI for your business.

To access this report, click the Reporting tab, then click the Sell-Through section at the top of the page.

First, you will need to select Sizes, Brands, or Collections to view sell-through data by one of these sub-categories. The default view is for Brands.

Once you have selected the desired sub-category, you will be able to dig into the report! Set the date range you would like to review at the top of the table and click "Most-Recent Post Date Range" to apply. By default, the range will display the most recent 3 months.

  • Quantity Sold shows the number of items sold for the size, brand, or collection in the selected date range.
  • Quantity in Stock shows the number of items that are in stock for the size, brand, or collection in the selected date range.
  • Potential Revenue from Posted Items shows the revenue that would be generated if all items posted in the size, brand, or collection in the selected date range were sold.
  • Realized Revenue shows the revenue earned from the items in the size, brand, or collection in the selected date range.
  • Margin shows the margin % from the items in the size, brand, or collection in the selected date range.
  • Sell Through % shows the sell-through rate of items in the size, brand, or collection in the selected date range. The sell-through rate is calculated by dividing the quantity sold by the total quantity ever held in inventory.

Note: You can click a column header to sort the table by that property, and can sort by ascending or descending values.

If you would like to export the sell-through report data as a .CSV file, you can do so from just above the report table.
