View and manage details and in-depth analytics for past live sales events.
From the Live History tab, you can view reporting and analytics for past live sales and manage Live Replay for your mobile app.

Access Live History for a Listing of Past Live Sales
From your dashboard, click Live, then click Live History.
Live History will display a listing of all your previous live sales with a quick overview of their basic details and core metrics.
Here you can view livestream dates, the name of previous lives, # of viewers by channel, livestream length, total revenue, revenue per minute, and which past lives are shown in your mobile app.
Total Revenue in the live history summary table is the sum of the revenue from products sold during the Live Sale and the Live Replay after the live event.
Add or Remove Live Replays From Your Mobile App
You can also manage Live Replays from Live History.
You’ll notice each live sale has a checkbox in the Shown in App column. This determines if your past live sale is available in your mobile app as a Live Replay.
To add a past live sale to your mobile app, check the checkbox under "Shown in App". Uncheck it to remove it.
Hint: You can enable automatic posts of your Live Replays in your Mobile App Settings. Learn more here.
Rename Past Live Sale Events
You can also rename any of your past live sale events from the Live History tab as well.
Note: If the video is published to your mobile app as a Live Replay, this will change the name that's displayed to your customers.
1. Under the Options column, click the three dots associated with the live sale you want to edit.
2. Click Rename.
3. Enter the new name of the live sale and click Save.
View In-Depth Reporting on a Past Live Sale
From the Live History tab, click on the name of the live sale you want to analyze. This will launch the Live Statistics page for a detailed report. We've added numbers in the screenshot below to highlight and review helpful areas.
Overview of Live Statistics
There are three tabs in the Summary section, summarizing the live sale -- Summary, Revenue, and Viewers.
Summary tab - Get an overview of a live sales’ key details.
Revenue tab - View a break down of revenue earned.
Note: Unlike revenue reported in other sections of your CommentSold dashboard, the revenue shown in your Live History does not reflect account credit or coupons used or taxes and shipping charged. It is an estimate of the earnings from your live sale based on the items sold and their prices, but it is not an accurate reflection of payments received.
Viewers tab - See a breakdown of viewership by sales channels.
2. Featured Products
The Featured Products section lists the products that were included in the live sale, sorted by the amount of revenue generated.
The line graph allows you to see the details of your sale over time. You can hover over the graph to view different products and metrics at specific time intervals.
Tip: Hovering over a product’s timestamp in the Featured Products tab will highlight the time on the graph when that product was featured.
